What Shaped My Work
My journey has been shaped by both personal transformation and a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to create meaningful success.
I grew up at a dinner table where business and innovation were everyday conversations. My grandfather, a business professor, taught me to think big, take chances, and embrace the belief that we don’t fail—we learn.
That mindset, paired with a Master’s of Science degree, experience working at a start-up, lecturing at a university, coaching hundreds, and years of running my own business, gives me a unique lens:
I understand that true success requires more than just strategy; it takes compassionate curiosity, expanded capacity, and aligned strategy.
